How do I make a return?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of items that have already been used or after they have been opened .

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

  1. Incorrect product shipped by our company.
    If the customer receives a product different from what they ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

  2. Customer's mistake in product selection.
    If the customer has selected the wrong product, it is possible to request an exchange.
    In this case, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
