Return policy

At Geneziss Pharmaceutical Lab , customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
Due to the specific nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of items that have already been used or after they have been opened/started .

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

1. Incorrect product shipped.

If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost.

2. Mistake in product selection by the customer.

If the customer has selected the wrong product, they can request an exchange.
In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Procedure for requesting a return or exchange.

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging .

  • We do not accept returns of products that have already been used, opened, or have damaged packaging.

  • Geneziss Pharmaceutical Lab is not responsible for delays or problems resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
