Shipping Policy

At Geneziss Pharmaceutical Lab , we want to ensure your products reach you quickly and safely. Below you will find details of our shipping process:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM → shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM → shipped the next day.

  • Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, due to the closure of delivery services over the weekend.

2. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days after shipment.

  • Islands (Madeira and Azores): 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

  • International Shipments (outside of Portugal):

    • Standard delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.

    • Express: up to 4 business days.

3. Transportation company

All shipments are made through CTT , guaranteeing the security and tracking of orders.

4. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Mainland Portugal

    • Standard: €9 – delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

    • Express: R$ 15 – delivery within 24 hours.

    • Cash on Delivery: €14 – delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

    • Free shipping: on orders over €200 (standard or cash on delivery).

  • Outside of Portugal

    • Standard: €15 – delivery in 5 to 8 business days.

    • Express: R$ 25 – delivery within 4 business days.

    • Please note: Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.

  • The delivery times shown are average estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather conditions, periods of high volume, carrier delays).
